Shipping Policy​

• Due to COVID-19, All orders will ship within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We are doing our best to fulfill orders in a timely manner. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

• All orders are processed within 3-5 business days and are shipped out of our location in the State of New Jersey. 

• Please double check your shipping address before confirming your purchase. PlusSizeVixen is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, but we will do our best to help you locate a missing package. Please contact your local post office first to see if they are holding your items.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are FINAL when purchasing PlusSizeVixen products (i.e. lipsticks, lipglosses, lipscrubs etc). NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Please keep in mind ALL COLORS may differ depending on lip pigmentation and skin tones. All packages are mailed out in bubble mailers and shades/lip oils are wrapped in extra bubble wrap to ensure a safe delivery. When shipping PlusSizeVixen products a fragile sticker is added to your package, so all items is handled with care. PlusSizeVixen Cosmetics are not responbile for how USPS handles packages once mailed out. Please be advised LED Light lip products are double checked before shipping out to ensure the light is working. If light does not work once the product is open hold down the two clear buttons on the side for ten seconds, close the product and reopen.
